2. Delivery Method & Timeline

Since our products are fully digital, the delivery process is entirely automated and instantaneous:

Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment via our secure payment gateway partner (Razorpay), you will be redirected to a confirmation page with an immediate link to download your files.

Email Delivery: A backup download link and payment receipt will also be sent automatically to the email address you provided during checkout within 5 to 10 minutes of successful payment.

3. Delivery Charges

Since there is no physical shipping involved, there are absolutely zero shipping costs or hidden delivery fees applicable to any of our digital products.

4. Failure or Delay in Delivery

If you do not receive your download link or confirmation email within 1 hour of a successful transaction, please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder. If it is still missing, it could be due to a technical glitch or an incorrectly typed email address.

In such cases, please contact us immediately with your transaction details, and we will manually send the files to you as a priority.
